1) The device won’t turn on or the machine is turning on and off on it’s own.

SOLUTIONS: If the device doesn’t turn on, first you have to determine if it is the power outlet, machine or touch screen.

  • Hold the power button to see if the touch screen powers on.
  • Try unplugging and plugging the machine into the outlet or try another outlet.

Some Keurig machines turn off after 90 seconds if it’s not in use. If this is the problem, simply hold the power button to turn it back on.

Other Keurig machines turn off after 2 hours. These options can be turned off in the setting menu. If these solutions don’t work, contact Keurig customer care service, the details are given below.

2) If the machine is brewing too little coffee or nothing at all.

SOLUTIONS: It is common for the machines water lines to get clogged due to debris or calcium buildup. In order to remedy this problem you have to simply run the brewing cycle without the k-cup several times. This allows hot water to run through and clean the lines. In most cases this will solve the problem. If it does not, gently shake the machine. This may be necessary to unclog those tough coffee grounds.

3) Keurig 2.0 touch screen not working

SOLUTIONS: Press and hold the power button.

If the Keurig touchscreen isn’t working, try to determine if it’s the outlet. Try a different outlet and ensure the water lines are clean. Clean the reservoir with soap and water and ensure the reservoir is seated properly in place.

4) The coffee taste different or not good at all!

SOLUTIONS: If the coffee taste weird or different than usual, it’s probably the calcium or coffee ground buildup in the water lines. Try flushing the system by running a brewing cycle without the k-cup this will run boiling water through the lines unclogging any debris. In order to prevent these buildups try to clean the machine’s reservoir and water lines with soap and water every two months or more frequently depending on your use.

5) The machine is leaking

Check the gaskets around the reservoir and puncture needle to ensure they are firmly in place. If the gasket is worn or damaged you can contact Keurig and order another one. Usually, adjusting a misaligned gasket or cleaning debris around the puncture needle will solve the problem. Clogged water lines can also cause leaking problems.
