The future of communication:

• CLIP 1: Phones, including mobile phones, will not be the primary devices used for voice and video communications. We will make more VoIP and video calls on tablets than on phones, and mostly integrated with other apps on our tablets.

• CLIP 2: We will have always-on video communications (chat, calling, conferencing, telepresence), similar to the old push-to-talk voice applications on mobile phones and web, but far better – integrated with rich presence and other apps.

• CLIP 3: Unified communications will never happen.
